5. Paper Copy Subscriptions will be accepted in terms of USD only through the PayPal payment gateway

6. Soft Copy Subscriptions will be accepted in terms of USD only through the PayPal payment gateway

7. Original receipt will be issued only after money is credited into our account from the payment gateway service provider

8. Dhyana Jagat is not responsible for any additional charges levied by your net banking/credit card/debit card service provider

9. Dhyana Jagat is not responsible for any Network problem/failure, breakdown of machinery, or internet issues during transactions performed

11. For all paper copy magazine subscriptions, we request Subscribers provide us with the correct information to ensure the magazine reaches at the right time

12. Dhyana Jagat reserves to cancel the subscription and penalize in case the Terms & Conditions are violated

13. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Jurisdiction only
